***RULES & REGS of the Forum + Servers***

To insure you are in fact, not a smack, follow these simple rules if you are going to be in our forums and servers.
If you are a member or staff of FERO, then you have to take these rules even more seriously since you are setting the example. All of these rules apply to you even more than the regs.
Everyone agreed to these rules when they signed up on the forum. All bans will have one or more of these rules you have broken posted in the reason.

Forum Regulations :

• Keep the forum suitable for a 16 year old to see. That means foul language is tolerable, but excess and offensive is never tolerated.

• No advertising. I don't care if it is gay porn sites, or even your Myspace, BUT DO NOT advertise in a whole new thread.

• Keep material on your profile PG-16

• No spamming, or stupid threads. When I say stupid, I mean one word threads/spammy topics.

• No flaming others or staff. If you have a problem, bring it to the staff.

• Any other type of behavior that you know is intolerable, will be prohibited.

Call of Duty 4 Server Regulations :

• Foul language on the mic/chat is ok, but excess or offensive will not be tolerated

• Do not spam the mic/chat. If you are told to stop talking by the staff, then do so.

• Follow the staff's instructions. They are here for your maximum gaming experience in our server, so show respect toward them

• Any other intolerable behavior is never allowed

Ventrilo Server Regulations :

• Foul language is ok, but excess or offensive is never tolerated

• No mic/text/TTS/Bind/Name spamming. If told to stop spamming, you better stop. We count screaming as spam.

• Be nice, everyone in the Ventrilo server will be counted as Human. Only people that have authority over the regulars are mods/admins of the Ventrilo server.

• Any other bad behavior is not tolerated

"The BIG Ones"
NOTE : Break one of these rules, then you get the perma ban with no chance of appealing it

• Hacking/Glitching will get you the perma ban. Not only that, it will not give you a chance to appeal your ban. Each ban is listed with a reason, and if it shows that you hacked/glitch, you will NEVER, i repeat, NEVER be back in our gaming server with the same CD Key and IP address EVER AGAIN.

• Hacking into an admin's account will get the cops called on you, plus a good perma ban.

• Using spam bots on the forum will give you a Perma Ban, and is counted as hacking. You will not get a chance to appeal your ban for this offense

• If ANY staff abuses their power and starts to do drastic things with it, then the admin will have ALL rights revoked, and even the right to be on our forums/Ventrilo/Game server. This ban is not possible to be lifted.
